The Meat!

Ok, here's the breakdown of the meat in the order it came.

Chicken
Beef Sausage - Jessi's favorite
Ox Ball (the real thing)
Chicken Liver
Beef Rump - Shane's favorite
Crocodile - Darwin and Doug's least favorite
Lamb Chops
Pork Spare Ribs
Leg of Lamb - Shane's least favorite
Ostrich - Jessi's least favorite
Turkey
Leg of Pork
Ostrich Meat Balls - Darwin and Doug's favorite

One hour in and we dropped the flag and surrendered. We have had more protein just now than we had the last two weeks. We will sleep good on this flight!

OK!!! Even after enlarging this picture, I'm still not sure what I'm seeing. If it's what I think I'm seeing, I know one thing, that restaurant would not be on my top 10 list (not on my list at all)! The dessert looked good! Praying for flights to be on time and for SAFE travels. Counting the hours now!!!! Nancy

How in the world can Ox Balls taste good? Not even with the right sauce would that even be a consideration. And by the way, PETA is not real happy with your blogging.

Interesting. . . first you see what they look like, and now you get to see how they taste. ;-) Well, not quite. Most of your cuisine seemed to be of a domesticated variety.

I'm all for starting a group named PEDA. . . People for the Eating of Delicious Animals.

Travel safe. Looking forward to your stories!
