Eunice making coffee grinds

The Kalalayi people drink coffee every morning and follow it up with tea. Their coffee is true cowboy coffee. Grind the beans in a mortar and pestle and toss it in the water. Yum, thick and chewy!

That's awesome. This is actually the proper way to taste coffee varieties, kind of like spitting out wine at a wine-tasting event. They're actually doing it the right way! hahaha
