This is an ecumenical project between the churches in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, to provide fresh clean drinking water for the village of Kalalayi in Southern Sudan and the surrounding villages.
Welcome

Aaron Manago of Kalalayi
Here is Aaron. He is a very kind man with a very large family. He played the lekembe (photo to come) for us this morning while we all awoke. Things are going great. We are driving th Mundri today to go pick up Chief Clement. He was in a bad accident last year and is suffering from diabetes. We are busting him out of the hospital so he can come and assume his role as chief while the borehole is drilled and the celebrations begin. I really hope this is ok but everyone here thinks it is so...here we go.

How cool! You are really living life like they do. I am sure waking to the sound of Aaron playing his lekembe is way better than a rooster! Hopefully, the rain settled some of that red dust!
